The photograph is that of Josoph Kosuth's "One and Three Chairs" piece from a book on conceptual art. In his original quintessential work, Kosuth put an actual chair in front of a life-sized photograph of the chair, along with the dectionary definition of "chair." I asked another artist to create an actual chair based on the photograph of Kosuth's piece.
